Renewable Energy
Envireau Water is active in the renewables sector, providing specific input into projects where our hydrogeology and hydrology skills are required.
Our technical team, often working alongside specialist associates and installation contractors, provide input into concept development, through detailed design, risk assessment, installation and regulatory licensing and/or permitting.
In the UK we have unrivalled expertise in thermogeology, the science behind sustainable ground source heating and cooling design. We have been instrumental in the development of applied thermogeology, by giving specialist professsional short courses and bespoke courses to the Environment Agency. We have also assisted the Environment Agency with the development of national policy and risk assessment relating to open loop ground source systems.
