We’re proud to announce that Meg Hopkins, our Assistant Scientist, has been awarded a Merit in her Environmental Management and Earth Observation MSc.
Meg undertook her MSc degree at Nottingham University, having completed a Geology and Environmental Hazards BSc (Hons) at the University of Derby. During her Masters, she explored alternative methods to assess crop health using publicly available GIS datasets, satellite data and drones.
Meg was introduced to Envireau Water at one of our highly successful ‘Who’s in my Backyard’ networking events. She joined the team 6 months ago to gain an insight into what it’s like to work in hydrology and hydrogeology. We’ve been pleased to introduce Meg to relevant contacts, such as Jeremy Murfitt at EiS, to support her with her studies.
As her internship comes to an end this week, she is certainly leaving on a high! It’s been a pleasure to have her as part of the team, and we would like to wish her the best of luck, and every success for the future.
