Envireau Water is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Craig as Senior Geologist with immediate effect.

Stephen has joined our team of expert water scientists and engineers in North Yorkshire. In his new role, he will be applying his geological expertise particularly to projects in the oil and gas, and quarrying and mining sectors. Stephen will also be actively involved in managing a range of borehole design and construction projects, and co-ordinating some of Envireau Water’s fieldwork operations.

Stephen joins Envireau Water from a role in mineral exploration in the UK. Prior to this, he spent 4 years in Australia working in the mining industry. Stephen graduated from the University of Leeds with an MSc in Geochemistry after having completed his BSc (Hons) in Geological Sciences, also at the University of Leeds.

Commenting on the new appointment, Phil Ham, Managing Director says: “2017 was a highly successful year for Envireau Water, which has allowed us to expand our team going forwards into 2018. The experience that Stephen brings to Envireau Water complements our team’s skills, enabling us to continue to deliver pragmatic, expert solutions to all our clients.”
