Based in Envireau Water’s head office in the East Midlands, Deborah joined the Envireau Water team in 2017 bringing over 4 years’ technical experience in hydrogeology. She works on a range of projects in sectors of quarrying and mining, food and drink, and oil and gas. Deborah provides environmental monitoring & data analysis, hydrogeological impact assessments and groundwater feasibility studies as part of her work undertaking industrial & private water supplies, dewatering assessments and environmental permitting. Deborah is an active member for the Geological Society of London, on the committee for the Geological Society East Midlands Regional Group, and is progressing towards her Chartership.
Deborah graduated from the University of Birmingham with an MSc in Hydrogeology after having completed her BSc (Hons) in Geology at the University of Leicester. Prior to joining Envireau Water, Deborah worked for a multidisciplinary consultancy where she undertook projects both in the UK and overseas; including work on mining feasibility studies, impact assessments, groundwater monitoring and hydrogeological risk assessments, predominantly within the waste and minerals sector.
