With over 13 years of consultancy experience, Lee is a Principal Hydrogeologist responsible for the technical input and management of groundwater and surface water projects. Lee joined Envireau Water in October 2005, and as a Chartered Geologist he specialises in surface water/groundwater interaction, providing specialist services for private and public sector clients, in particular for those in the quarrying, built environment and agricultural sectors.
His range of expertise covers water resource management, borehole design and construction, borehole remediation, open and closed loop GSH/C feasibility studies, modelling and design, analytical and numerical modelling, hydrogeological impact assessment, drainage assessments, water management systems, flood risk assessments and waste water treatment. Furthermore, Lee supports Envireau Water’s expert witness team, and is currently undertaking the Cardiff University Law School/Bond Solon expert witness training course.
Lee’s previous experience gives him a unique mixture of experience and skills. His career began in the construction industry in which he gained several years of management experience. He then achieved academic excellence with a particular focus on numerical analysis whilst studying at Aberystwyth, Leeds and Birmingham Universities in Geology, Geophysics and Hydrogeology before moving into consultancy.
