Penny is a Senior Hydrogeologist with over 10 years’ of consultancy experience and is based at Envireau Water’s North Office near Richmond, North Yorkshire. Since joining Envireau Water in 2007, Penny has worked on a range of projects in sectors including quarrying, agriculture and onshore oil and gas. Projects include hydrogeological impact assessments, dewatering assessments, groundwater feasibility studies, abstraction licensing and environmental permitting, production borehole construction and groundwater monitoring. Her key skills are in water resources hydrogeology and project management, and she specialises in data analysis and interpretation, and analytical and numerical modelling. Penny is currently working towards chartership in order to sustain her position as a leading expert in her specialist field.
Penny graduated from the University of Leeds in 2007 with a Master’s degree in Hydrogeology. Prior to that she studied at the University of Leicester and gained a Bachelor’s degree in Applied and Environmental Geology.
