Tamsin, a Chartered Environmentalist with 13 years consulting experience, holds the position of Principal Water Resources Specialist. She joined Envireau Water in 2003 and now leads the company’s Welsh Office in Mold, North Wales. Tamsin’s expertise ranges from catchment-scale water resource assessments to the delivery of detailed site specific solutions, focused on solving specific client issues. She has key specialist skills in high level negotiation over difficult abstraction licensing situations and a wealth of experience of providing specialist services for clients in the agricultural and food and drink industries.
In recent years, Tamsin has managed a range of projects focused on water resource management, abstraction licence negotiation, hydrological catchment analysis, hydrological impact assessment, flood risk assessment, dam break analysis, environmental impact assessment, as well as discharge consenting.
Tamsin graduated from Cranfield University with a MSc in Water Management, having previously completed a BSc in Environmental Biology at Aberystwyth University. She joined Envireau Water after work placements at Cranfield and the Greensand Trust, and is now the longest serving member of the team.
