Envireau Water has been operating in the natural water regulatory system for over 25 years. In this time, we have experienced many changes and varying views towards the environment and water regulations. 


The expert witness team is led by James Dodds and supported by two of Envireau Water’s Principals, Phil Ham and Lee Clarke. James, Phil and Lee have all completed the Cardiff University Law School/Bond Solon (CUBS) expert witness training course.


The team specialises in the interaction between water and the natural and developed environments. They all have direct experience providing services within both the planning and litigation arenas, with attendance at court and public inquiry.
