Payment Terms and Conditions

If you agree to purchase a delegate package through the Envireau Water website to attend the Borehole Users Conference 2021, the following terms apply:

• Payment must be made by credit or debit card to secure your delegate package, unless an alternative payment is arranged with marketing@envireauwater.co.uk.
• If you wish to cancel your delegate package, an email must be sent to marketing@envireauwater.co.uk. The following cancellation charges shall apply:

      30 Days 0%

      4 Days 50%

      0 – 1 Day 100%

• Given the conference is unable to take place effectively due to the Coronavirus pandemic, it may be postponed at a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice prior to the event.
• If the conference is untenable, or you are unable to attend due to the Coronavirus pandemic, a full refund will be issued.
• Use of any personal data provided to us during the payment process will be governed by our privacy policy.
