Here at Envireau Water, we encourage our staff to further their careers and advance as individuals with Continual Professional Development activities, as well networking with professionals both locally and nationally. We host quarterly ‘Who’s In My Backyard’ networking sessions in both our Head Office and North Office and over the years have built a community of young professionals who are embracing the opportunity to meet new contacts and develop relationships early in their careers. Envireau Water staff sit on Geological Society regional group and national committees and are involved in a wide range of monthly internal training and knowledge exchange sessions. Our belief is that supporting and motivating our staff as individuals, leads to successful business development.
Team building is important to Envireau Water and our close-knit team regularly arrange social events, volunteer with the local community, and undertake challenges to raise money for charity. We have found that team working encourages our staff to support each other and we are often able to come up with more effective solutions for our clients working as a team, than we would individually.
